1. When will my order ship?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is sent out.

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final.

4. What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen?
Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Kyx Capital is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
6. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
7. What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
If you received a wrong item or something arrived significantly damaged, email us within 48 hours at kyxcapital@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but international customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees.
