  • Kyx Capital is not liable for delays, damages, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

  • Customers must contact the shipping company directly with any delivery-related concerns.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items Upon Arrival

Although we do not accept returns or refunds, if you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Note: Cosmetic packaging damage or shipping wear does not qualify.
