Kyx Capital – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kyx Capital. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before being shipped.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping carriers and estimated delivery windows will vary based on your location and the product ordered.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Domestic Orders (USA): 4–10 business days after processing

  • International Orders (if offered): 7–21 business days after processing

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation

  • A tracking number

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


4. Responsibility After Shipping

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Kyx Capital is no longer responsible for the package.

  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • All delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

We will assist with basic tracking information, but we cannot file claims on behalf of customers.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Apartment/suite number

  • Email

If a package is delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Kyx Capital is not responsible and will not issue replacements or refunds.


6. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your building office

  • Verify the address used

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Kyx Capital does not refund or replace delivered packages.


7. International Shipping (Optional)

If you offer it, include this. If not, I can remove it.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import charges

These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
